From your Microsoft Outlook Client, Navigate option would be there to the Deleted Items Folder. You need to Tools option –> there you would find Recover Deleted Items. All the items that you have deleted within the time frame set in the policy should be available for you to select. Just select the one’s you want back and hit the recover button. This will again restore back all the mails to your mail account.

Following is the registry key where:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook

GetData Recover My E-mail For Microsoft Outlook is the software ready to recover individual removed messages or removed attachment from your Microsoft Outlook mailbox. Corrupt and then recover the PST file Make a backup first! As the following steps involve corrupting Outlook’s PST file, I strongly endorse you are making a backup before attempting the method but this method is to check whether it works proper before attempting in real.

If you use the registry editor incorrectly, you might cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using the registry editor incorrectly. Use the registry editor at your own risk.

    • Exit Outlook.
    • Open the Windows registry editor.
    • Browse to My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options.
    • On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
    • Type the name DumpsterAlwaysOn.

Note Do not type any spaces in the name.
    • Set the DWORD value to 1.
    • Restart Outlook.

The Tools menu now has the Recover Deleted Items command for every Outlook folder.
