How to bypass Websense to enable GTalk

hello everyone,

I have a Gmail account but I cannot open and access GTalk feature in my new office because of Websense. I need to use and access GTalk in my previous office and stay connected with my friends. How can I enable GTalk and by bypassing Websense ?

You can download a software called GPass. Somehow download this software and install it in your computer system.

We also were not allowed in our office to access chatting websites and applications. So we have personally used it and even our sys admins cannot block GPass.

As similar to Vista parental control feature, can we set Websense Web Filter to block some hours and open for some hours in a day ??
