Internet explorer lag

I am using internet explorer 7 on my windows xp system. The problem is when i open multiple tab and search any information by typing in Google bar, internet explorer lags. It also happens when i send yahoo mail. Does anyone know why internet explorer lags when typing.

For IE Crashes and Hangs, the first thing to do is disable Add-Ons. If internet explorer lags while typing then go to Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options > General Tab click on Accessibility then uncheck "Format documents using my style sheet".

Does the problem occur when you're running IE7 in no add-ons mode? . Launch IE 7 without the add-ons by clicking Start->All Programs-Accessories->System Tools->Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons).

Click on the Add Remove Programs and when this is populated scroll down till you see IE7 and uninstall it or try to use another browser Firefox, opera. If it again start this problem then Clear Your Cache,Check Your Computer For Viruses,Erase Useless Stuff From Your Computer.
