Annoying Wireless connection pop up

I have problem in my laptop. I access internet in my laptop by wireless router. My wireless connection notification pop up continuously even when I am not connecting to the internet. After some interval of time every time the balloon pops up. I am fed up from this and don't the way to stop it. What should I do to stop this thing. Help me out. Thanks in advance.

First check your internet settings. You laptop is detecting a incoming wireless connecting from somewhere that is why the balloon pop ups. Also check your firewall settings. Turned it on if you had switched off it. Then re-establish a wireless connection setup to remove the error. Configure it properly once again. You will not receive the problem again.

To turn that notification off go to network connection and right click on your wireless dialer. Then click on properties and untick the second last option. Restart your system. Here you had stopped the notification service of windows so you will not received the pop up again. But before that just check that you had not left the wireless button on. Always turn it off after the use.

I think you will need to reinstall the wireless hard ware. For this keep the windows disk ready. It will required only if it is prompted. Then right click on my computer and select properties. Go to device manager and look for the wireless device. Right click on that and uninstall it. Restart your windows and let the laptop find and install the hardware back.

I am planning to add the Vodafone wireless EDGE data card to my laptop, does anyone have any experience with it?
Are there any other good wireless internet connections, please tell me from experience if you have worked with these, and if they any good or not.
