You can check the following settings to find the history of your webpages and websites in firefox :

    • go to Tools
    • select Options
    • click Privacy
    • select History:
    • you will find : "Remember visited pages for at least..."
    • select the number of days

You will get the entire list of websites and webpages for the past number of days you have selected.

By default, Mozilla FireFox stores the history of the webpages you have visited for atleast 90 days on disc.
(Firefox 3 stores for 180 days, by default).

Do you want to view the history in Firefox or you want to clear the Firefox history ? In Firefox, you can open up the History sidebar and view the most recently visited sites. For example, when you goto Google.com, a drop down will appear with the latest searches performed under Google. But sometimes doesn't show all the searches performed at various search sites.

In Firefox 3, at the right side of the location bar there is a star to quickly bookmark sites that you want to revisit in the future. This way you can save the websites for further references. This is not the way to view your webpage History, but just a substitute in case you find difficult to view the history.
Sometimes when you no longer find history from longer than a week ago then that history might have been deleted.

If you are interested in clearing your History in Firefox, you can do this manually. For manually clearing your history,
    • press Ctrl + H and select the day(s) you want to clear.
    • Then, either Left click on the day(s) (this open the link on the same window) and press delete on the keyboard or Right click on the day(s) and select the delete option.
