Why do you think that your hotmail account is hacked? Did anyone complain you that they receive some junk and unwanted mail from your email-id? Or tell what made you suspicious about it?

Yes, how did you know that? Well lot of people, receiving spams and every week my password is changed, i have to retrieve it by using the secret question method... Can anyone help me please...

Well in such case, change the security question and password at the same time, and don't tell this to anyone, not even your friends if you are using this account for business purposes... If that doesn't help, contact hotmail customer care...
