Address Bar missing in Internet Explorer

Hi,, i am using Internet Explore on my Vista computer as my default browser. Today morning when i started my IE to browse i won't see the address bar. I tried to restore it from the toolbar but i dint found it there also. Where is it gone ? How can i get address bar back to my IE ?

This issue may occur if the Toolbar settings are set to remove the Address bar, or if there is a problem with a registry key. If it is due to some change in toolbar settings, you can try this steps to get it back:-

• Start Internet Explorer, click View and then point to Toolbars.
  
  
• If there is not a check mark next to Address Bar, click Address Bar to place the check mark. If there is a check mark next to Address Bar, click Address Bar to remove the check mark, and then click Address Bar to place the check mark.
  
  
• If the Address bar is in the upper right corner and not available, right-click Address, and then click Lock the Toolbar to remove the check mark.
  
  
• Click Address, and then drag the Address bar where you want it.

You can also try to get it back by doing some work out in registry. You need to delete the WebBrowser registry key. To do so, see this :-

• Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
  
  
• Locate the following registry key:
  

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

• Right-click the WebBrowser key, click Delete, and then click Yes.
  
  
• Open Internet Explorer, click View, and then point to Toolbars. The toolbar default settings are restored.

I also had the same problem with my IE couple of weeks ago. But i fixed it in some other way. I just opened the run box and typed in REGSVR32 /i BROWSEUI.DLL and press enter. Restarted the system and i got the address bar back to my internet Explorer. I might help you.
