    how to setup ftp client on apache server?

    Hi,

    Guys please tell me how to setup ftp client on apache server?
    I really want to setup ftp access to apache on windows32.
    I need your guys help doing this since I am not bale to do so...
    Please provide me correct direction to a particular guide or tutorial that will help me.
