I think you should try to disable your IPv6 addressing in the TCP/IP tab on the Network System Preference, and then try to enter manual DNS server addresses from your ISP.

According to me, i think you should try to reinstall Internet Explorer 7 again your system. Try to run Internet Explorer 7 with the "iesetup.exe". It will help you to get rid of the above issue.

In order to resolve the above issue, try to re-register the IEProxy.dll file on your system. For doing so, you need to follow the below steps mention.

    1. Try to quit Internet Explorer 7, if it's running on your pc.
    2. Then you need to click on your Start menu, then click on Run, then type cmd, and then you need to click on OK tab.
    3. Then on the command prompt, you need to type the following commands. Press ENTER after you type each command.
    cd %programfiles%\Internet Explorer
    regsvr32 IEProxy.dll
    exit
    4. And then start Internet Explorer 7 on your pc.
