How can i use the ake email address for site that asked for the email address and registration for download and some even asks to view content, there must be the trick to fake or cheat useless and time wasting restriction.

I think it would be more good if you say him that use the real email registration ,because checking for email address name available or not its more painful.

Simply what you can do it, simply create a one email address for this purpose at any email service provider , like yahoo , google, rediff etc . And use this email address to do register on every site you want. This way it won't interrupt your personal email account and you can keep other registrations on another account. Hope you'll understand this advice in better way.

There are many services same like this are available , but i'm not sure whether any one of them really works or not, i don't have any personal experience, but i think the suggestion given by the navman is best of all.
