For that you need to download Mail Task on your pc. It's a custom SQL Server Integration Services task which helps you to download mail from a mail server. Configure the task with the pop3 mail server address, port, username and password and download to filesystem the mail attachments or the entire mail.

Deployment utility is a folder which contains the files to be deployed to the target server. The Deployment utility is created on the client machine where the SSIS Package resides. You can try to locate "C:\SSIS\Packages" location on the hard drive.
