Error id: 0x8de00006 with Windows Live Mail

Hi all, I am new to this community. I got some problem today with my Windows live mail. I am unable to send or receive messages for the Live account. Whenever i am trying to send message, i get error id 0x8de00006. No microsoft page I've looked at over the last 1.5 hours can answer how to resolve this issue.Could you guys help me out in this case please ?

This happens many times with lots of users. While this error occurs, Live account tells you that 'a picture containing letters and numbers will appear when you close this window. To reactivate your account, enter the characters you see in the picture'. If you can see the picture right there, do what the windows says you. If not than you will need to log in to your account at mail.live.com or hotmail.com in order to see the picture that'll enable you to validate your account. After you do this, you can send your message and access your e-mail once again. So login to your account from hotmail login page.

Probably the additional cause for this error might be the message limit for the day that has been set by Hotmail. They has had a 100 messages per day limit for at least five years for the reputed users who do not spam.some of their servers start new customers off with a 10-a-day limit until they have established a reputation for not spamming. So the fix for this error is to divide your contacts list up into 25-addresses chunks, and send two or three 'new address' notifications a day until everyone's had one.

Thank you very much for the help guys. I just tried the first solution you all had made and it worked for me. Now i am able to send and receive messages from my account. That is what i expected from this forum. Thank you. help appreciated.
