Unblock proxy settings to unlock blocked site

I can't access certain web sites from my office. I think some Web sites like Myspace, orkut, Youtube.com are blocked. I want full access to the internet. Is there any way to do this, any idea about how to unblock proxy setting to access blocked sites. Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

There is another way to do this you can simply give ip address instead of site name means bypass the domain name based access restrictions. You can find the ip address by using the online tools or application which gives the exact information about site with ip address .Do a Google search for the site and then click on the cached link below the search results.
