Hi,

When I am trying to send a PowerPoint presentation through an attachment to an email, I am receiving Oops 6413 error message.

Is there any way that I can send it?

Hi,

Possibly the reasons may be as below :

1. Check your connection and try again...
   
2. Firewall maybe blocking it, turn off and see ....
   
3. The attachment you're trying to send may be too large. Please make sure you're sending an attachment less than 20 megabytes (MB) in size. If the attachment is less than 20MB, the issue may be a bad proxy.

The max file size is around 16MB. You can try to compress the file with WinZip, WinRAR etc., or use a file sending service:
