Hello , You Could Make an entry in the Host file

open hosts file from system(32)\drivers\etc folder and make entry into it like this:

    127.0.0.1 orkut.c*m
    127.0.0.1 Myspace.c*m
    127.0.0.1 Facebook.c*m

    replace c*m by com

you can edit the file in notepad. However, there are still ways to access the same there are anonymous proxies on the web which can access orkut. you need to look out for such proxies and block them all.

Hello , If if you use Internet Explorer, you can enable content ratings.

    1. Open IE.
    2. Click Tools>Internet Options
    3. Then click the Content Tab
    4. Click Settings under Content Advisor
    5. Change the rating levels how you would like. (NOTE: MySpace.com has no rating)
    6. Click the General tab and create a Supervisor Password
    7. Click OK

This should block most sites. If this blocks sites you dont want blocked (without having to enter the supervisor password), open the Content Manager window. Click the Approved Sites tab and add a site.

Hello , This actually is not even something that will work. It will work for the domain name, but not for the web site name (with link . in front of it), for example. It also is trivially easy to circumvent, even if you have your children run as a non-administrator on the computer system. If you really want to block sites, then you need to do it on the level of the Internet connect, *not* on the PC that you want to block the site. Remember that anything on a local PC is vulnerable to access by people physically, which means it is trivial to break. It’s best not to promote false senses of security!
