Want to save login for Bitsoup

I am facing problems with login ID for Bitsoup. Eventhough I had used remember option in Mozilla, bitsoup ID does not saving login.
As a result, whenever I start utorrent, I have to manually login to wesbite. If i don't do that, downloads become RED with msg: IP does not match passkey

Can anybody help me solving this problem ?

There is one reason I think this issue can occur -
You may have changed email but did not update the same in bitsoup, then you can't login....

Is DHT enabled or disabled ?
