Export / Import Yahoo messenger contacts

Hello,
How can i import contacts in yahoo messenger and how can i export my existing contacts?

Hope i'll get answer soon. Thanks for any help.

Using the Import Contacts window, you can import contacts to your Messenger List from your Yahoo! Address Book and from your Microsoft Outlook list of contacts. Using this approach, you can easily populate your Messenger List with your friends.

In your Messenger window, select Import Contacts from the Contacts menu.

Actually mainly i want to save them as one file so that i can print them. I was knowing about importing , but thanks for the info. any more help?

You can export the addresses via your address book...

• login to http://address.yahoo.com/
• Right hand side, select Import / Export
• Scroll down to Export
• Select from an export as Microsoft Outlook, Netscape/Thunderbird, Yahoo! CSV or vCard, Zip of .VCF files

Really thanks for your help. Its really strange that the option for export is not available in yahoo messenger itself. They should include this option. Thank you
