Unable to chat live through Webcam

Hi

This problem started viewing up when I had some problem related to my computer system memory,it gives me an long 0X1 kind of error which i dont remember now,but later on I solve that issue but unable to live chat through my web cam. My problem is the webcam not working and the management device is the point exclamation mark with yellow. I think because of this error I am not able to view my Webcam.

Sometimes / often require installation of webcam driver individually.

You have installed the driver for your webcam? and what had happened is there any problems it shows?

I have creative webcam which has purchased from webcam live (proper computer peripheral shop)!, it is standard, usually when I attached to the system it is detected by the pc and it works normal, but this time when asked to insert installation CD PDO870 camera creative driver disk to install, it gives me the missing file P0870DEV.sys error. I have a CD for this webcam but just to install software that works like the webcam camera and camera. thank you in advance for your help ........

When you have an exclamation point on a driver that is automatically self right click on selected property and return to the previous version of the driver, saying it uninstalls the driver on the PC restarts because the driver device will automatically installs the driver will need to reinstall.
