Need help Configuring Emule

Hi,
I have internet connection (wi-fi) and I do not understand because they take so long to download some file for Emule (eg movies). The maximum speed of descent in my Emule V0.49c Beta2 varies from 2KB / 10kb and what really makes the eternal down a large file, such as a movie . Is there any way to set my emule to work faster? Sometimes I have High ID and mostly Low ID
I am very new to this, maybe it's something simple, I do not know ... but it seems strange that having 2mbps have so little connection speed to download Emule. Can someone explain in simple terms how to improve this?
The antivirus I use is the AVGfree.

1. FAVORITE reviews / CONNECTING CAPACITY and at least 150 kb / s (downstream or download) and 50 kb / s (upward or upload)
- Make sure that the limits are not activated
2. check if you have ports open, if not Open!
3. delete all servers with the key and remove "Update from URL SERVER MET" uses these addresses:
ed2k: / / | serverlist | http://peerates.net/servers.php|/
http://peerates.net/servers.php
That should improve with enough!

NOTE: If you have ares, bitcomet or something more open ... you can block emule.

Preferences / Connection
activates the following boxes:
autoconnect start, losing the connection autoconnector , KAD network, network ed2k.
restarted eMule and see that.
