Firefox won't open Gmail

Hi all,

Since some days I have an annoying problem with firefox. Whenever I try to open my gmail ! The progress bar reaches the maximum, but nothing happens and I'm forced to switch to the "Classic View" to view my mails. I emptied the cache, clear cookies and disable add-ons but I always have the same problem!

Nb: I am using firefox 3.0.7 under vista and I have not this problem with IE

Is it that Javascript is enabled?

Tools Menu> Options> Content> Enable Javascript

At any chance, have you tried with another Gmail account?

Being myself on Vista with Firefox 3.0.7, I do not encounter the problem.

I had similar problems before — making sure I access Gmail through https://mail.google.com/mail/ instead of any other method seems to have solved the problem.
