I can receive email, but I cannot send it. I get an error message :0c800CCC0F
Does anyone out there have a solution that works.

There is no 'resend' feature. All you can do is 'Forward', which will change the time stamp and 'From' header, although the original time stamp and 'From' identity will be preserved in the body of the message.
I'm not sure Windows Mail has this capability. However, you can do something similar by finding the message in the Sent Items folder, clicking on it, and forwarding it to the same person you sent it to originally.
- Go to the Vista start menu and type cmd
- The search results will display a program titled cmd
- Right-click on the link and select "Run as administrator"
- Type "netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled" without the quotation marks
- Test your POP account and see if you can now download your mail.
- If nothing changes, re-enable the autotuning feature by typing "netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=normal"
Also, this is often caused by an anti-spam program or an anti-virus set to scan email.
Turn off email scanning in your anti-virus. It provides no added protection. After doing so it may be necessary to reset the server names in WinMail.
