Problem while composing new mail

Hello Everyone,

I'm unable to compose emails, whenever i'm trying to compose a new mail face difficulty while editing it. I cannot do editing work such as copy, bold fonts, underline, etc. while creating a new mail. I don't understand why this problem occurs with me. Can any one help me out to resolve this issue?

May i know that which operating system have you install on your system? And which email program do you use most frequently?

I have install Windows Xp and most of the time i use Yahoo Mail and Rediff mail. Is it the problem with my operating system or is it the problem with my email accounts?

At the time of composing new mail, Click on the View tab which is at the top of the page. Then Select Zoom and in that select Reset and click on it. Now you would be able to do editing while composing a new mail.
