Can't save Pictures From E-mail

Hi Everyone,
I received an email with an attachment containing multiple pictures (50) and I can not save them all at the same time on my hard drive.
I can do but one at a time and it is very long.
I managed to all but select in the menu I did not save the image as.
Is there a solution? using hotmai

To the left of attachments, there is a trombone ..
Click it and you will be able to register on your Hd in a click.

When I put the mouse arrow on the trombone nothing happens.

Save or open files attached to emails

To save or open a file or photo attached to an e-mail:
Select the email message containing the attachment.
In the reading pane, click the name of the attachment.
To open the attached file, click Open. - Or --
To save the attachment, click Save, and open the folder where you want to save the file to your computer and click Save.
