    Easiest way to block site:

    Click the Start button
    select Run
You will see a new notepad window
Go to the last line of the file and hit the enter
    Then type -
    127.0.0.1 www.webpage.com
    127.0.0.1 www.webpage1.com
    127.0.0.1 www.webpage2.com

You can add as many websites you want to. (www.webpage.com) Save the notepad file and exit. The sites mentioned in file won't open. Enjoy!

You can try Application Blocker from applicationblocker the software allows you to block specific applications, websites, or computer folders. Also allows you to schedule the blocking sessions or to manually add application to the blocking list. it's a very complex application that's why i like it so much.
