Unable to open certain sites

From last 15 days i am Unable to open certain sites. I don't know what the problem but when i open that site in my phone that open. Is there any problem in my internet settings ?

Which browser you are using try to open in different browser. Try to open in Mozilla or opera browser.

Sites open in opera browsers but in IE still not opening.

Clear history in Internet explorer then also it not work then reinstall it.
