Problem with Internet Explorer 7

Hello,
I have this problem with my computer & using Internet explorer 7.
When i start IE7 i get a message "Your security setting level puts your computer at risk We recommend that you do not browse the web with your current security settings. To fix this, click on the Information Bar above, and choose Fix Settings for Me. To continue browsing in the current state, click the Home button (not recommended)."
Now i don't understand what to do with this message?
Even if i visit a secure site i get message saying "Your current security settings put your computer at risk. Click here..."
How to get rid of this situation?

First you can put those sites to your trusted site list in options.

you can also go to
tools
internet options
security
Click - reset all zones to default level - OK

This will help you surf without such kind of messages.

Well just want to know why you use IE7?
You can try Firefox which I think is the best browser available.
Just give it a try! You can download it from the net for free.

I don't want to change my security settings so is there any other way to fix this problem?
