"Received in OE" ????? You mean that your internet is active and that the mails are received by Outlook?

In this case you can not read at a distance as these mails are stored on your hard disk ....

Unless otherwise specified in advance that these mails will be stored on the server of your ISP (this option in OE). In which case it will simply log on to the ISP instead of your vacation, via its portal or using a log-mail as OE ....

The mails are actually approved in OExpress. I configured it to keep the mail on its server.

But how to connect to the server? (ISP = Free)
