Incredimail transfer to another computer

I bought a new computer and now I want Incredimail address file, and some e-mails like to put on my new computer, can I do it? And if so how do I do that. Can someone give me some explanation on this?

Go to your old PC, export ypur data to a USB2 stick, insert it into your new PC and import them to your new PC Incredimail [csv format]
