Problem Page Scrolling

Hello,

Coming to reinstall Windows XP, when I go on the Internet or on a window of several pages with another program, the scroll gives me the shot: scrolling vague. Thank you for telling me how to have a fast and fluid, classical what (the choice in panel / mouse / wheel / screen by screen does not change). Thank you in advance for your help.
