100k of minimum upload maybe.
I think a lot.
I think 50K is already satisfactory, you will not be perfect but it will not dial opinion.

2 mb/300 up here is perfect! I have my cousin living in Germany. I am 100% connected without halting anything!

I use 2mb/300k with sufficient speed and video conf with uncle in the U.S.
Use Skype ... is perfect.
