What to capture audio from external source?

I explain you my problem
I have a digital voice recognition of sony, I use to record conversations and take notes voice, I need time having to import the audio files on PC but the voice recorder did not exit USB and / or memory card, only the internal memory and the only exit which is the jack from the 2.5 cap ...
hence my question, what I could buy (not excessive costs) to import the audio files on pc?
There is some audio capture card entry ever with a 2.5
so maybe I could buy a double-cable jack and connect the two devices .... is it feasible? who knows me enlighten are well ... ..
