Internet Explorer logo disappeared under vista

I have my logo INTERNET EXPLORER which disappeared under the desk (VISTA) following a bad manipulation!

Could you help me find it please

Drag the icon "internet explorer" start menu to the desktop.

I know that in XP can view the Internet Explorer icon without being a shortcut:

Right click on the desktop and then property, then Customize Desktop tab of the box office and Internet Explorer.

Is this the same with Vista, don't know.
