IE7/console slow Java

Since we moved some of our computer IE7 in some applications (GoToMeeting, Documentation) using the console java are "very very" long (10 minutes for GoToMeeting eg.) to launch.
1) I checked the advanced configuration of my client, the Java Console is checked.
2) I went to the level of security to the server hosting the application was "trusted sites". They are.
3) I have migrated to JRE 1.5 but the problem remains the same.
4) I have no problem with Mozilla Firefox. We are all supposed to be under IE7.
I'm running out of ideas.

The filter of IE7 are disabled ? (anti-phishing, anti pop-up, etc, etc ...)

I verified security settings. Activated anti-phishing, anti-popup activated. I will try to disable and see what happens. Perhaps a runway.

In "Security" -> "Trusted Site" -> Uncheck the box "Enable protected mode".

That helped me solve the problem.
Everything to walk like clockwork.
We must not forget to put the server in the "Trusted Site" as if this was not that done before.
