Homepage intemperate!

need help
I encounter the following problem:When I surf on the internet pages of Google white colour blank page opens up and the cursor remains in loop and does no action on my part when I click on these pages nothing happens.

I am using IE7 as my Browser, and for Anti-virus as protect PC...
