Web cam not recognized on msn

I have a web cam logitech I reinstall the campaign following a worry ,, it recognized by the PC, but not on msn! when I go to configure I can choose the picture but apparent. You have an idea for me troubleshoot?

try another USB port or by disconnecting other USB. no? Or! in the device manager

Try to uninstall then reinstall Msn in this case!

I uninstall and reinstall msn is always the same! MSN detects my cam but no picture that appears!
