Whistling in MSN Messenger!

I installed the beta version of MSN messenger but not too bug so I submitted version 8.5 works well, the problem is that when you are in video conversation with another person there are shrill whistles, that we requires minimum (background noise),this makes very disturbing.
Is there any solution to this problem.

That may be a phenomenon of larcen into the microphone.You put on a headset or speakerphone?
