    Gmail with various browsers

I have on my travel notebook still win 98 and there can be only with the Firefox on Google mail access. If I use the same address in Internet Explorer, there is an error. All other work sites, not just Gmail. Why?

As I read on your link, IE 6 could still work for Win98? Where can I download and then so can I access Gmail?
