Ideally it is very difficult to specify whether the setup is opt for preventing viruses or not. It completely depends on the sites on which you visit and the types of downloads you make. |

IMO your setup is perfectly ok for your general use but also needs to take care about your browsing habits as said by Yitzchak909. |
