There are ample of software development kits. Like Cowboy Coding, DBU, etc. A framework is not just a pack of suite, but a kind of process involved in the development procedure. Each of them offers you a different kind of process to develop a software. So there are ample of choices to go for. A number of time it happens that you land in wrong framework where you can face problem in later stage. Before choosing a framework I will recommend you to first understand each and everything manually.

There are few tools, but they are not effective. It is always good to keep a data backup ready with you. Through backup it is easier for you to restore the data when there is some problem. iSkysoft is one tool which I know can help you. This kind of tool only work if they are installed in your system before the data is deleted. They manage to maintain a cache folder where info about deleted files are placed and it becomes easier for them to recover.
