TWebBrowser popup window Problem (Delphi)

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with TWebBrowser when opening a popup window. There is no problem when working with ineternet explorer, every window works corectly as pictures 1,2 and 3 on it. But when I try to open third window with twebbrowser it gives me "HTTP 500 internal server error" as picture 4. In my project there is no special code, only "navigate" method which it navigates me to an URL and then everything are doing on that URL. Could you please help me why it should be and What should I do?

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue that you are facing:

1. Log on to your Web server as an administrator.
2. Start the User Manager for Domains program on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or the Computer Management snap-in on Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows XP.
3. View the properties for the IUSR_computer or IWAM_computer accounts.
4. Click to clear the Account disabled check box.

But I can do anything about that server because it is not mine. But I think should be other solutions for this stiuation.
