developing SMS Server

Dear Buddies,

Could someone give me ideas for developing SMS Server which could call the STK residing in the GSM SMS Modem and to send out USSD Syntax to the Service Provider concerned for Mobile Air Time Top-Up.

The syntax usually is (*134*0717797997*100*PIN#) *Command for Top-Up*Subscriber 10 digit number*Amount*PIN#

The GSM Modem recives a SMS indicating the Subscriber Number and the Amount. Thereafter the Server shall generate the *134*include the Subscriber number and the Amount as indicated above and automatically include the pre-defined PIN and send out the USSD Syntax for Top-Up.

Any ideas would be much appreciated please.

Have you tried the SMS Server Tools 3 which is a SMS Gateway software which can send and receive short messages through GSM modems and mobile phones. Current and actively developed version is 3.x. This software is supported on the SMSTools3 Community, so you can try to ask any kind of queries that you are into from them.
