How to run the Turbo C++ v3.0 program on DOS Shell

I am using Windows XP SP2 and recently I install the Turbo C++ v3.0 complier on it. Now I have developed an C program and want to run this command with this compiler but it gives the problem. The Alt + F9 and Ctrl + F9 command work well but unfortunately Alt + F5 don’t work. Hence I want to run this program on the DOS shell but I have mot knowledge about it. I need help to perform such kind of task in correct manner. Also suggest me how to use the Turbo C++ v3.0 complier on windows 7 OS. Thanks.

There is no need to perform any unnecessary task on this system. This problem arrives because the system can’t be detecting the complier on this system.
