Converting MP3 Format to Wav Format

I have been using the files that are being used by me for the creation of small animation in the flash. But it requires some of the backdrop sound. And also the problem with it is that the software is only accepting on sound files which are all in the wave format. I just wanted to know the various wave formats that can be used by me for the conversion of the MP3 to Wav format. Please help me put with the issue that is being faced by me and also the proper solution for it.
