The error is distinguished (via email alert) throughout a WHM/cPanel update they ran the /scripts/perlinstaller --force List: MoreUtils cmd you distinguished and determine to report back if there is several problem during the next upgrading cycle. The datetime force install seems to work / install without error. I got this error from cpanel mailed to me: The Perl module Expect might not be installed this module is necessary by cPanel, and the system might not function properly until it is installed, and functional.

Re: Datetime Perl module not installing

I imagine you necessitate installing libyaml-perl. I forget to mark this as solved. In that case the difficulty was fixing the write authorization on the bugzilla folder. What permissions did you give. Be able to you explain. I am having this predicament too. The entire those compilation errors are from the load error of DateTime.pm. It seems similar to a lot of users have been having tribulations by means of that module. I am presently guessing, but I imagine the tribulations have been related to DateTime/Locale.pm (which DateTime.pm relies on) not being installed properly. Perhaps make sure that module is installed.
