    You can run some tasks at some intervals with the help of the scheduled tasks this scheduled feature is present in all versions of Microsoft windows 98 or above you just had to add the tasks that are required to start at some regular intervals. But for this yous system had to be turned on at that point of time.

    As far as i know if you want to run a batch on a scheduled then you will have to create a shortcut first on the desktop file and then you need to move that shortcut from the desktop folder to the scheduled task directory and then simply try to set the time this will definitely help you to solve this problem.

    * Then Select all programs
    * Click Accessories -> System Tools-> Scheduled Tasks.
    * Double click on the Add scheduled task and configure the time and date on which you want to run.

    This is a very simple task you have to open the scheduled task from the start menu -> all program -> accessories -> Scheduled and then simply double click on the add scheduled task and then it will ask you the program which you want to run and the times and frequency and some more details feed those details the time and how frequently you want to run them.
