Always-on-Top Message is a multi-platform compatible script that is a TV-like message banner script that allows you to create an always-on-top message. This message appears at the bottom of your screen. Also it ican be described as the TV-like message banner script that creates a "always-on-top" message. You can use it to display a message that's constantly visible on your user's screen. Hope that you have now cleared the concept of the Always-on-Top Message.

I would like to tell you that you should have a look on the following features that comes along with the script, they are :
    • Comes in multiple "display" modes.
    • Supports rich HTML.
    • Message background can be set to "flash".

Also the multiple "display" modes are :
    • Display the message for a set period of time, then disappear.
    • Display the message perpetually on screen.
    • Display the message once per browser session.

There are many scripts present on the web for free of cost. I would like to suggest that if nothing is working then you should try to download such scripts. The drawback is that you would have to make lot of changes according to your need. This is not difficult but will consume your time a lot. But by downloading you will come to know an idea of the script used for creating the Script for Always-on-top message. So that is the last option for you.!!
