The solution to this problem is quiet simple. Don't worry simply open the source code of your website simply find the marquee tag which you want to make stable and the delete the marquee tag this will disable the scrolling of the text on your website. The text which was in between these marquee tag will now become stable. |

Hey I am also not very much familiar about the HTML but i think that you can stop the scrolling of the text by simply deleting the marquee tag. Go to the source code of your website press the control + F and type there marquee and find it and delete it. After deleting the marquee tags you will see that the scrolling of the text stopped.

I think that if your web designer is no more working for you then it 's better to hire a new web designer because he will suggest some good solution to your problem. Although your problem seems to be quiet simple but what an expert suggest is always good. Also i would recommend you not to touch the source code .

the suggestion which you all have given but that could not help. I tried to change the source code that is i deleted the <marquee> and </marquee> tag from the source code saved the file and then again opened it. But it seems that it is not affecting the scrolling text. Because it scrolls as it was scrolling before editing the code. |

It seems that you are going in the right direction but you have not saved the file before refreshing it. Because unless and until you are not saving the edited code you will never see the change on your website. So please do not forget to save it after the editing. I hope that this will definitely solve your issue. |
