Questions about workload and resources in MS Project.

Hello!

I have some difficulties using MS Project... Does somebody know how to update weekly the hours that resources spend in their tasks. My purpose is to know how busy they are every week (workload) through the Resource Usage.

I also would like to input this approximate hours by day, because they don't make the same effort in the activities everyday. Is this possible?

Could somebody help me?

Oh thank you for your reply, Zindin but it doesn't answer my question... what I need to know is how to change the time (hours) that my resources dedicate to each task every week...
