Anyone uses Joomla XTC

Hi,
Does anyone is familiar with Joomla XTC. I had received a small article in the mail that it offers a range of web templates especially to develop a content management system. I am trying to create a sample of the same. And Joomla XTC gives awesome templates for the same. Does anyone uses it. If yes than how is the response. I am waiting for some really cool templates designs for my site. Thanks in advance.
