Usually, it is never safe to save a password in any file, but if you are sure that someone will not be able to decrypt it. If you need a encryption software try TrueCrypt. |

Well said, Its never safe to save your password in any file on any system. If you have encrypted the file then there are 100% chance that it will be decrypted. Try to remember your password. Or use a secure, encrypted program to help you remember your password.
